EDCO warrants all rims, components, and hard goods (excluding consumables, such as brake tracks, brake pads, decals, bearings, etc…), purchased from EDCO or an EDCO-authorized distributor, to be free from non-conformance with EDCO material and workmanship specifications for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, as shown on your proof of purchase.

Requirement to Participate:

·   You must be the original owner of the EDCO product.

·   You will need your product serial number(s) and a valid proof of purchase from EDCO or an authorized dealer.

EDCO Products are designed so you can ride and race with confidence. While EDCO Products are engineered to lead in ride quality, durability and strength, we do not design products to be indestructible. If you exceed the limits of your product while riding, crashing, or driving your roof mounted bike into the garage – don’t worry, we will help. This program was created to take care of those ill-fated mishaps and keep you rolling on your best wheels and in the EDCO family for life.

EDCO products are durable and designed for a long lifespan, however, the manner in which a Product is used, maintained, serviced, and cared for will directly impact the lifespan of a product.

WEAR & TEAR

Not covered by Crash Replacement Program  (Examples: worn/damaged decals, scratches, worn brake tracks, UV fade, etc…)

DAMAGE WHILE RIDING (crashes, impacts, potholes, etc…)

Please contact us to resolve the issue and get you rolling on our wheels again.

DAMAGE FROM AN ACCIDENT (car rack incidents, exhaust pipes, dog ate your wheel, etc…)

Damaged EDCO product will be replaced at 300 USD per wheel. Parts, labor, and return shipping covered by EDCO.
